  • On campus Rocket Dollars can be used at all retail locations in lieu of cash. Select off-campus retailers accept Rocket Dollars in lieu of cash, for the most current listing please visit Current off-site retailers
  • You may cash in Rocket Dollars by delivering the completed form to Rocket Solution Central. The form can be found here
  • Remember your parents, grandparents, aunts, uncle and family friends may all load Rocket Dollars on your Rocket Card. They simple need to know your Rocket Number and your first and last name. It is important to remind them that the R in your Rocket Number must be replaced with an 8 when they enter it on the form.
  • All access to funds, meal plans and doors are immediately transferred when you have a new ID printed.
  • As a registered student/employee the system automatically is defaulted to send an email to your university issued email. The profile update is great when you wish to receive a notification within your personal email.
  • Freezing your Rocket Card is easy, simple log into eAccounts and click on “Freeze Rocket Card”.
  • You should freeze your Rocket Card immediately upon noticing that it is missing. This protects you, your money, your meal plan, your door access and your piece of mind.
  • You can only unfreeze your card if you have not already requested a new Rocket Card. To unfreeze your card, you simply click the “unfreeze” button.
